GPU Proxy Preview Cache

This page provides information on the Proxy preview cache rollout in the Settings tab when the production renderer is V-Ray GPU.

Overview

The options in this rollout determine how the viewport preview information for VRayProxy objects is cached.

Enable preview cache – When enabled, viewport preview information for all VRayProxy objects in the scene is cached for every frame, thus speeding up viewport drawing and responsiveness.

Reset cache – Clears all cached information.
